Arup MTU Sustainable Energy Engineering Scholarship

The Arup MTU Sustainable Energy Engineering Scholarship will provide €2,250/year for a student in all four years of the Sustainable Energy Engineering Degree in MTU. The Arup MTU Sustainable Energy Engineering Scholarship is open to all MTU Sustainable Energy Engineering students. Arup is a global firm of engineering and sustainability consultants, designers, architects and experts dedicated to sustainable development. Arup’s primary goal is to develop a truly sustainable built environment. Arup aims to identify a balance between the needs of a growing world population and the finite capacity and health of our planet. The Sustainable Energy Engineering Degree in MTU is an internationally accredited programme focused on renewable energy systems, green technologies and sustainable development. MTU and Arup have developed this scholarship to help produce the next generation of sustainable energy leaders.

Scholarship information

• This scholarship provides €2,250 per awardee in the Sustainable Energy Engineering Degree in MTU
• The scholarship is an open call for all student groups (years 1 – 4)
• Each scholarship is for the duration of one academic year only
• Only full-time registered Sustainable Energy Engineering students in MTU are eligible for the scholarship.
• Receipt of this scholarship in a previous academic year does not preclude a student from applying in the current academic year
• The selection criteria are based on the following:
              o Academic achievement
              o Involvement and achievements in extracurricular activities
              o Enthusiasm for the field of Sustainable Energy Engineering
